We can't thank Daniel, Devin and Estrella enough for making our dreams come true.  From the moment the process began it went smooth.  Any questions we had Estrella was on top of it and took care of all the scheduling.  This company and all its workers are highly skilled in their trade.  The workmanship was amazing. I’ve never had a pool built before. Pools I’ve had were already part of the homes I’ve lived in. 1st Choice Pools can highly recommend to me at the local Home Show by venders at various pool cleaning companies. Simply because we are new to Tucson/Marana and knew no one and read many horror stories online people had with other companies.  From the moment we spoke to them we were impressed with the pictures of projects they’ve done, the details in the process and the total price of the project. 34 years on Active Duty in the Military and it’s safe to say my standards are exacting and 1st Choice did not disappoint. From beginning to end their kindness and professionalism was outstanding. They were always in contact with me every step of the way and answered every question I ever had about everything. Their team of employees are exactly that. A real team committed to doing their very best and you know this is true when you see them complete something and congratulate each other like a sports team as they look over their work and smile with real pride. I’m home each day so I watched it all each and every day. My pool and spa turned out better than we ever could of hoped for. We had an excellent experience with 1st Choice Pools. Daniel came out promptly to get us a quote, which was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received. As soon as we signed the document and made the first payment we were on the schedule. The project (chip, add lagoon, tile, and micro pebble tec for a 25000 gallon pool) only took a month to complete. And that was working around our schedule since we had a week in the middle of the project when we weren't available. We are in the last stages of building a pool with 1st Choice Pools Building & Design. After contacting many companies and meeting with them (which was exhausting and time consuming) I called 1st Choice and within minutes I was talking to Devin, the lead designer. I told him time was of the essence and he met us at the house within a day or two. We were struck by his professionalism, sincerity, warmth, patience, and willingness to help us from start to finish. We knew we would be in good hands with Devin.
As a Realtor in CA, I have done many remodel projects for clients, but never built a pool. I knew our budget was tight because I was told that by the companies we met with previously. The next step, within a few days, was to go into the office and go over the design, tile choices, financial details, etc. It was so refreshing to sit down with the owners of the company, Daniel and Leanne, and hash it out.
They have been great to work with, meeting all project deadlines and answering our many questions. Huge thanks to Estrella, the office manager who has kept one step ahead of us and maintained open and efficient communication. I had a hot tub and pool put in this year by First Choice Pool. I've  been  very pleased with their attention to detail and  workmanship. In the  design stage Devon was so accommodating and attentive. They totally stuck to the budget and the  construction team went above and  beyond. Working with Estrella Rubiano was perfect. She kept things running smoothly and was very pleasant and  gracious. Daniel, the owner, was out to oversee and, at the end, to answer any questions and handle the final touches. Devin and the whole team at 1st Choice Pools have been amazing to work with while designing our dream pool. Devin is so knowledgeable and it really showed both during the initial quote and during the design. He listened to us and really helped us hone in on exactly what we want. First Choice pools made building a pool such a great process. Devin Ramsey made sure our design was great for my 2 year old son and insured he would have plenty of space to learn to swim as well as room for swimming and other activities activities. They worked hard to ensure we passed inspection and a timely manner and we followed the plans and dates to every detail. These guys were great!
